You already wrote the episode. It is sitting on your blog. DocFluence now turns each post into a full podcast episode in your own voice, or as an interview where an AI host asks the questions your readers keep asking and you answer them. It writes the script from your material only, assembles the audio with your music, and publishes to your feed, YouTube, Kajabi and any podcast host you connect.
Why a podcast, and why now
Podcast listeners give you twenty to forty minutes of attention that no feed can match, and the platforms that carry podcasts, Apple, Spotify, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, iHeart, all pull from one RSS feed you submit once. The hard part was never distribution. It was the recording: the studio time, the retakes, the editing, the show notes. That is the part DocFluence removes.
Two formats, your choice per week
Solo. One voice, yours. If you have a cloned voice in ElevenLabs, the episode is read in it. If not, pick any stock voice, or bring your own ElevenLabs key. The script is written for the ear: short sentences, spoken numbers, a hook in the first two lines, a clean sign-off.
Interview. Two voices, in the style of an audio overview. A warm, well-prepared interviewer opens the show, asks what a sharp listener would ask, pushes back once or twice, and hands the answers to you. You carry about seventy percent of the words. Many audiences prefer this format for dense topics, and some prefer the solo voice, so the choice is a per-site setting you can flip the moment you get feedback. Monday solo and Wednesday interview is one rhythm; every third episode as an interview is another; always one or the other is fine too.
Links are never read aloud
A blog post cites websites, studies, and a URL. Nobody wants to hear a PubMed address read character by character. DocFluence strips every link before the script is written and replaces it, where the article cited something, with a natural aside: the links are in the description, click over to the blog and check them out. The real links go into the show notes, under your own link line, so the listener can find every source in one tap.
Everything else a real show has
- Intro and outro music from the DocFluence library, or upload your own.
- A mid-roll ad you type in a box and the show voice reads, or a finished MP3 you upload, placed at the nearest section break.
- Chapters and cover art embedded in the file, so podcast apps show them.
- Show notes in the style you pick: brief, detailed with timestamps, or a full transcript, plus fixed hashtags and a few AI-picked niche tags per episode.
- Show metadata preselected from your brand, title, author, category, explicit flag, numbering, all editable.
- Length you set, ten to fifteen minutes by default, longer when the topic genuinely needs it, with a hard cap you control.
Sources beyond the blog
Blog posts are the default, newest first or working through your back catalog, and never the same post twice. You can also upload a book and podcast it chapter by chapter, paste a newsletter or a transcript, or point it at any public URL.
Where it publishes
DocFluence hosts your RSS feed and your audio. Submit that feed once to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music, iHeart, YouTube Music and Pocket Casts, and every new episode appears on its own. Each episode can also go to YouTube as a video with your cover art or a live waveform, into your existing Kajabi podcast, and to Buzzsprout, Transistor, Podbean, Captivate, Spreaker or Libsyn if you already host there. One honest note: Apple and Spotify do not offer upload APIs to anyone, so the feed is the route for them, and Kajabi has no podcast API, so DocFluence drives the Kajabi editor through a browser session you sign into once.
Approval first, automation when you are ready
Every episode waits in the Podcast tab with a player, the editable script and the editable notes. Change a line and re-voice it. Approve it and it goes everywhere you enabled. When you trust the output, switch on auto-publish and the weekly slots run on their own, with the same kill switches that govern everything else in DocFluence: the platform switch, your site's automations switch, and the global pause.
